ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in: From 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM (arrival after 10:00 PM and before midnight is possible with advance notice).
Check-out: From 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (early departure before 7:30 AM is possible with advance notice and check-out the evening before departure).
In case of departure after the scheduled time, an additional night will be charged. Based on availability, late check-out can be arranged with advance notice. The additional fee will be communicated at the time of request.
RATE INCLUDES
The daily rate includes the services specified in the price list's rate conditions. Tourist tax is not included. Parking is available subject to availability.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Room or bed number will be communicated at check-in. You may indicate a preference for a specific room or bed number at the time of booking; however, we reserve the right to change the assigned unit number at any time, even after payment of the deposit and sending confirmation.
The reservation becomes binding only after payment of the deposit indicated by Management and subsequent receipt of written confirmation. The reservation cannot be transferred to third parties without Management's authorization.
In case of late arrival or early departure, all booked days must be paid in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who cancel their reservation are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid if the cancellation is communicated in writing at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Guests who cancel within three days of arrival or do not use the booked stay are not entitled to any refund, and the property retains the deposit as a penalty.
If guests do not show up on the arrival date without prior written notice, the unit will be considered available from the following day.
PAYMENTS
The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at Reception, which handles payments from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Payments can be made in cash (within legal limits) or by credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Cartasì, Debit cards). Booking confirmation implies acceptance of the general conditions.
